What it's used for
Baclofen is used to alleviate spasticity resulting from multiple sclerosis. It helps relieve flexor spasms, pain, clonus, and muscular rigidity, and may also assist patients with spinal cord injuries.

Typical dosing
Therapy should start at a low dose and increase gradually until the optimum effect is achieved, usually between 40 to 80 mg daily.
